When we decided to sell, we searched the internet for reviews on local agents with expertise in country homes on acreage. Brad came to the top of our list. We planned to sell in the spring and called him about six months prior, looking for tips and suggestions to get the most out of our sale. Brad came out at our request, looking at our house and gave us some great suggestions for getting prepared for a spring sale. When the time came to go on the market, Brad’s marketing resulted in multiple offers almost immediately. The best offer involved multiple buyers and some lot line adjustments, but Brad had no problem guiding us through the process and the sale went off without a hitch. This is where we feel Brad’s years of experience really helped us avoid some potential problems in a non-typical sale like this. Brad is a very professional and attentive to seller needs. The sale of my property was handled in a timely and competent manner and I was in constant contact throughout the transaction process. My phone calls and inquiries were answered promptly. Brad kept in constant contact during the closing process and called me the day of closing to let me know that everything was in place, the buyers were doing the final walk-thru and the closing would take place at 3pm.
