Tim spent a lot of his youth in Milaca learning to hunt in the Mille Lacs Wildlife Management Area and fishing on Mille Lacs Lake and the Rum River with his father, brothers, uncles and cousins. So when he moved to Milaca in the early 1990s it was like coming home. He was involved in retail and manufacturing management when he moved to Milaca and he took the knowledge and people skills learned from those experiences to launch a successful real estate career in 1999.

Tim and his wife Nancy live in a country home just North of Milaca with their 2 dogs. In his spare time he still likes to hunt, fish, play golf, 4 wheel on the Sioux Line Trail and cheer on all Minnesota sports teams.
