So when he moved to Milaca in the early 1990s it was like coming home. He was involved in retail and manufacturing management when he moved to Milaca and he took the knowledge and people skills learned from those experiences to launch a successful real estate career in 1999.

Tim has earned numerous sales awards in his 22 years of real estate experience including multiple Pinnacle Club, Pinnacle Club Bronze and Pinnacle Club Silver awards for multi million dollars in sales. Tim and his wife Nancy live in a country home just North of Milaca with their 2 dogs. In his spare time he still likes to hunt, fish, play golf, 4 wheel on the Sioux Line Trail and cheer on all Minnesota sports teams.
